What you will be doing: · Assist in Completing Daily Tasks fo F&B, · Help to Smooth Functioning of Food & Beverage Operations team · Take care of Guest Requests as per the SOP’s · Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal Your experience and skills include: · Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything · Zeal to learn is an asset · Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to Work under pressure. · Handling Guests Requests/Complaints and resolve it in the best manner.
