FASTTechLead and Configurator-Manager

As a Technology Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in contributing to various technical streams of FAST configuration implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Working as a team leader (technical leader) to lead and collaborate with the team in project implementation - Interface and communicate effectively with the onsite coordinators - Ensure completion of assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reporting - Proactively raise issues and risks, and strategize mitigation plans - Foster teamwork and lead by example to ensure project success - Provide training and mentoring to project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Mandatory skills for this role include: - Experience in Life and Annuity Insurance with knowledge of different lines of business such as Whole Life, Term Life, Indexed Universal Life (IUL1, IUL2, IUL3), Universal life, and indexed annuities - Proficiency in creating and modifying XML and XSLT - Experience in C#, API, and proficient in writing and debugging code - Familiarity with MS SQL and DB2 databases - Technical expertise in working on stored procedures and SQL queries - Reviewing client processes and workflows to provide recommendations for maximizing benefits - Strong leadership and business communication skills - Prior experience in client-facing roles - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Educational qualification of MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include: - Knowledge of Java, .NET Web Services, SOAP - Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in Life and Annuity - Additional prior experience in client-facing roles EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
