Fashion Writer

Role Overview: As a Fashion Writer - Admin Manager, you will be responsible for writing product descriptions for our e-commerce website, creating blog articles, writing Youtube subtitles, drafting formal emails and messages for office purposes, and handling miscellaneous writing tasks for marketing. In addition, you will also be involved in admin management tasks such as maintaining the Founder's calendar, recording meeting minutes, coordinating with vendors and agencies, assisting with store and marketing projects, and nurturing relationships with premium customers in Chennai and abroad. Key Responsibilities: - Write product descriptions for the e-commerce website - Create engaging blog articles and YouTube subtitles - Draft formal emails and messages for office purposes - Handle miscellaneous writing tasks for marketing - Maintain the Founder's calendar - Record minutes for meetings - Find new vendors and agencies quickly and coordinate with them - Assist with store and marketing projects to ensure smooth completion - Build and maintain relationships with premium customers in Chennai and abroad Qualifications Required: - Graduation from a Fashion Institute or relevant degree/diploma/certification is preferred - Alternatively, proven writing experience in the Fashion Industry would be considered Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.
