Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Designer with 12 years of experience, you will be part of a growing fashion brand dedicated to creating stylish, trendy, and high-quality apparel that appeals to modern customers. Your role will involve developing design concepts, researching fashion trends, collaborating with production teams, preparing technical drawings, and working closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align designs with customer needs. You will also assist in photoshoots, sample development, and quality checks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches in line with brand aesthetics. - Research fashion trends, fabrics, prints, and color palettes for market relevance. - Collaborate with production teams to select fabrics, trims, and accessories. - Prepare technical drawings, size specifications, and detailed design sheets for manufacturers. - Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align designs with customer needs. - Assist in photoshoots, sample development, and quality checks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design/Textile Design or related field. - 12 years of experience in fashion designing (preferably in the apparel/garments industry). - Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of style. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
