Job Description

Fashion Designer,

Key Responsibilities:

Research and forecast fashion trends, colors, textures, and patterns.
Create original textile prints, embroideries, and design concepts (digital + hand renderings).
Prepare mood boards, tech packs, and detailed design presentations.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure sampling and final products match the design intent.
Innovate continuously while balancing creativity with business needs.

Who Were Looking For:

Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design from NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in apparel, rugs, home furnishings, or lifestyle products.
Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (or similar design software).
Strong sense of color theory, fabric knowledge, and trend analysis.
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality.

Portfolio: A creative portfolio showcasing original designs is required for consideration.
