Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Designer at our textile showroom in Arcot, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and talent in the world of fashion and textiles. Your passion for design, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into captivating designs will be key in contributing to our brand's identity and creating clothing that resonates with our customers. Your responsibilities will include creating innovative designs for various textile products, collaborating with the retail team to understand customer preferences and market trends, developing design concepts, selecting colors, fabrics, and patterns, and overseeing the entire design process from conceptualization to final product. You will work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and efficient execution of designs, stay updated on the latest fashion trends and technologies, and present your design ideas to the management team for approval. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in the fashion or textile industry. A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction, as well as fluency in Tamil and English, are preferred skills.
