Hiring – Fashion Designers (Ethnic, Menswear & Western Wear)📍 Company: SKB Retail India Pvt Ltd (Lashkaraa) 📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat 🕒 Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday Off) ✅ Benefits: PF, 18 Paid Leaves Open Positions:👗 Ethnic Wear Fashion Designer – 4 (Chaniya Choli, Kurta Pajama, Bridal & Festive Wear) 👕 Menswear Fashion Designer – 1 (Kurta Pajama, Sherwani, Indo-Western) 👚 Western Wear Fashion Designer – 1 (Modern & Trendy Apparel) 💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month 📋 Experience Required: 5+ years Selection Process:1️⃣ Submit Resume & Portfolio – Required for shortlisting. 2️⃣ Interview Round – For selected candidates. 3️⃣ 1-Day Trial at Our Premises – Mandatory before final selection. Job Responsibilities:Design innovative and trendsetting ethnic, menswear, or western wear collections. Work on fabric selection, embroidery, and garment construction. Create sketches, mood boards, and digital designs. Collaborate with production teams for sampling, pattern making, and quality checks. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market demands. Requirements:✔️ 5+ years of experience in fashion designing. ✔️ Strong knowledge of fabric, embroidery, and garment construction. ✔️ Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW). ✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
