You will collaborate closely with our team of designers, pattern-makers, and seamstresses to produce garments that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyzing trends in the fashion industry. - Planning garment collections. - Creating prototypes of designs. - Costing and pricing of garments. - Following up with the production team. - Styling for photo shoots. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in fashion designing from a reputed institute. **Knowledge Requirements:** - In-depth understanding of design principles, fashion, and the fashion industry. - Knowledge about Indian textile crafts such as weaving, printing, dyeing, and embroidery. **Skill Requirements:** - Proficiency in pattern making. - Strong sketching abilities. - IT skills. - Excellent design and presentation skills. **Other Skill Requirements:** - Attention to detail. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
