Job Title: Fashion Designer Location: 18,Shilpi society, Danish Kunj, Kolar Road, Bhopal, M.P. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop clothing collections in line with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal themes. Conduct market research and trend forecasting to create commercially viable designs. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate sampling and production execution. Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards. Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, and production techniques. Supervise fittings, make adjustments, and ensure final garments meet quality and design expectations. Collaborate with the sales and retail team to understand customer feedback and improve product offerings. Maintain documentation of design concepts, fabric swatches, and tech packs. Innovate rental outfit collections to meet demand for weddings, events, and themed shoots. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field. 1–3 years of experience in fashion designing or garment production (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). Strong design portfolio with ethnic, Indo-western, or occasion wear. Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D. Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and current fashion trends. Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management.
