Description
Role & Responsibilities: Lead the design team in creating ethnic, menswear, and western wear collections for Lashkaraa , a premium ethnic wear brand. Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations based on current fashion trends. Conduct trend research, fabric selection, and embroidery design . Oversee pattern making, draping, and garment construction to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely execution of designs. Manage and mentor junior designers, tailors, and artisans . Work closely with marketing and sales teams for collection planning and brand alignment. Preferred Candidate Profile: 7+ years of experience in fashion designing (Ethnic, Menswear, or Western Wear). Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction . Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D . Experience in luxury, bridal, or festive wear is a plus. Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills . Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines .
