Fashion Designer (Footwear Designer)

As a part of the Phoenix initiative at Myntra, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing a launchpad for women on a career break. This six-month internship is designed to support your smooth transition back into work with structured on-boarding, customized learning programs, mentorship opportunities, and best-in-class benefits. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Assist in various project tasks and assignments under supervision for footwear design across categories. - Trend presentation and trend spotting. - Create Techpacks and technical sheets for designs. - Product review approval with sourcing team. - Coordination with cross-functional teams. - Research seasonal trends, colors, prints, fabrics, and styling. - Contribute to seasonal concepts development. - Create sketches based on seasonal concepts and render them with appropriate colors/prints. - Maintain line sheets for seasonal range plans. - Responsible for creating detailed tech packs illustrating design and construction details accurately. - Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development. - Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with the Tech team. - Follow up and obtain approvals for fabric/print/surface design. - Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines. - Contribute well-researched ideas to support the catalog and marketing for the brand. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 4-6 years of experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS. - Demonstrates a high level of aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of youth culture. - Well-rounded experience in Fashion design. - Should have a minimum of 6 months of career gap at present.,
