JOB DESCRIPTION – FASHION DESIGNER (FEMALE)

Position: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Female Fashion Designer for Fiow Wedding Centre who can design, plan, and develop bridal wear, groom wear, kids’ ethnic wear, and family wedding collections. The designer must have good creativity, fabric knowledge, and trend awareness to support the brand’s premium wedding category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new collections for bridal, groom, and ethnic wear.
• Create sketches, patterns, mood boards, and sample designs.
• Coordinate with the tailoring & production team to ensure perfect fit and finish.
• Select fabrics, colors, embroidery designs, lace, beads, and accessories.
• Conduct market research on latest wedding trends and competitor designs.
• Oversee fittings and make necessary alterations or design adjustments.
• Ensure designs meet Fiow Wedding Centre’s brand standards.
• Work with merchandisers & sales team to plan seasonal collections.
• Manage customer custom design requests and provide design consultation.
• Maintain design records, measurement charts, and sample archives.
• Support photo shoots and visual merchandising with styling ideas.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing (Preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in bridal/ethnic wear designing.
• Strong sketching skills (manual/digital).
• Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, patterns, and garment construction.
• Creativity, trend awareness, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours:

Full-time | Flexible as per showroom requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
