Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with styling, size, and product selections.
• Understand client preferences and suggest outfits/accessories to enhance their look.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, brand collections, and seasonal offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and billing as per store policies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
• 03 years of experience in fashion retail or styling.
• Strong passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentable, confident, and trend-savvy personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends/holidays.
