Sales Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing support in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. In-person Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs. Sales Strategy Development: Work with management to create strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive growth and market presence. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance performance. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Customer Query Resolution: Address escalated customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively. Sales Forecasting: Create sales forecasts, set budgets, and track performance.
