Job Description

Collaborate with Global Brands:
Partner with international clients to understand their vision, create designs tailored to their needs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
End-to-End Design Development:
Work on the entire design process, from ideation, mood boards, concept creation, and delivering detailed tech packs for production.
Innovate with Design Studio:
Contribute to the development and execution of our proprietary
Design Studio
product, pushing the boundaries of apparel design technology.
3D Apparel Design:
Create realistic, production-ready 3D models of apparel using tools like Clod 3D, Browzwear (VStitcher and Stylezone), ensuring designs meet aesthetic and functional standards.
Conceptualization & Visualization:
Translate creative ideas into tangible concepts through sketches, digital renderings, and interactive design tools.
Mood Board Creation:
Develop compelling mood boards that capture the essence of a collection and align with brand guidelines.
Tech Pack Development:
Deliver detailed, comprehensive tech packs to ensure seamless translation of designs into production.
Process Optimization:
Utilize advanced 3D tools to reduce sample production time and improve visualization for faster decision-making.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
Research the latest fashion trends, materials, and technologies to ensure Fynd remains an industry leader.

Some Specific requirements

Educational Background:
Bachelor s / Master s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Experience:
Proven expertise in apparel design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
Technical Proficiency:
Note: Proficiency in these tools is optional and can be learned on the job with support from our team.
Experience with fashion design software will be a plus like
Browzwear
(VStitcher and Stylezone),
CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator etc, Photoshop.
Familiarity with tools for 3D modeling and digital pattern making is a plus.
Fashion Expertise:
Strong understanding of fabric properties, draping, and pattern making.
Visual Excellence:
Exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for color, style, and design aesthetics.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting ideas effectively.
Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
