The role involves driving sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring negotiation and closure excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage sales operations for Dates County & Farm Natura. Build, train, and mentor a strong sales team. Drive lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closures. Ensure negotiation excellence and timely deal finalization. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and monitor team performance. Strengthen client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead conversion. Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports. Candidate Profile: Graduate/MBA with 8 - 15 years of experience in real estate sales (farmlands/plots preferred). Minimum 3 years in a managerial role handling sales teams. Exceptional negotiation and deal closure skills are a must. Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
