???? What Youll Be Doing:

• Run daily farm ops at our Bangalore Rural site
• Monitor crops, climate, nutrients, and tech systems
• Supervise farm labour and maintain quality
• Report data and support agronomy trials
• Work closely with ops and R&D teams

???? What Were Looking For

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Agri, Engg, or related fields
• Freshers welcome with a hands-on mindset
• Ready to work full-time onsite at Bangalore Rural
• Strong discipline and team leadership skills
• Free accomodation will be provided at Farm site.

???? Good to Have

• Experience with hydroponics, greenhouses, or irrigation systems
• Basic tech comfort (digital tools & skills - mails, apps, MS office tools, farm tools,)

???? What Youll Get

• ?25,000 during probation of 3 months and ?33,000/month (post-deductions)
