What Youll Be Doing: Run daily farm ops at our Bangalore Rural site Monitor crops, climate, nutrients, and tech systems Supervise farm labour and maintain quality Report data and support agronomy trials Work closely with ops and R&D teams ???? What Were Looking For ITI/Diploma/Degree in Agri, Engg, or related fields Freshers welcome with a hands-on mindset Ready to work full-time onsite at Bangalore Rural Strong discipline and team leadership skills Free accomodation will be provided at Farm site. ???? Good to Have Experience with hydroponics, greenhouses, or irrigation systems Basic tech comfort (digital tools & skills - mails, apps, MS office tools, farm tools,) ????
