As part of the team at EY, you will contribute to supporting and managing internal products and technologies. Your background in tech support will be valuable in resolving queries and ensuring high-quality services for external clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide round-the-clock coverage and notify appropriate resources of situations requiring response or remediation. - Resolve customer/client queries, maintaining a high standard of service. - Learn new technologies and products to understand the technology landscape. - Work productively while upholding exceptional call/data quality standards. - Monitor personal support tasks and digital service work efficiently. - Review and update open tasks assigned to you. - Respond to all updates from requesters within the agreed upon time frame. - Ensure all assigned tasks are updated with descriptions of the current status. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Strong analytical capability. - Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams. - Good customer/client and technology-based support skills. - Maintain confidentiality of all information and data. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and help identify and solve problems. **Technologies and Tools:** - Strong analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. **What We Look For:** - 1- or 2-years customer/client support experience with technology applications or software. - Good knowledge of PC technologies such as Windows and Office suite. - Experience in managing user access/product administration and customer management. - Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA and commitments. - Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across different geographies.
