Coming from a tech support background, you will resolve queries and ensure a high standard of services for external clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide round-the-clock coverage. - Notify appropriate resources of situations requiring response or remediation. - Resolve customer/client queries and maintain a high standard of service. - Learn new technology and products, understanding the technology landscape. - Work productively while maintaining exceptional call/data quality standards. - Monitor personal support tasks and work that comes through digital services. - Review open tasks assigned for updates. - Respond to all updates from requesters within the defined turnaround time. - Ensure all assigned tasks are updated with a description of the current status. **Qualifications Required:** - Good analytical capability. - Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams. - Strong customer/client and technology-based support skills. - Maintain confidentiality of all information and data. **Technologies and Tools:** - Strong analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, IE, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. **Additional Company Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network operating across six locations - Argentina, China, India, the Philippines, Poland, and the UK.
