FACULTY REQUIRED FOR TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY SECTOR

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Faculty Member for the Tourism and Hospitality Sector.

JOB DETAILS:

• Job Title: Faculty Required for Tourism and Hospitality Sector
• Location: Rabindra Bharati College, Ghatal, West Bengal
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
• Job Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and update training materials and modules.
• Deliver soft skills, communication, computer basics, or domain-specific training (as required).
• Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on learning outcomes.
• Ensure a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, documentation).
• Must be responsible, proactive, and willing to work with a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality.
• Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or facilitator preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners.
• Basic computer proficiency.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 1–2 years of experience in the tourism hospitality industry.
