Faculty – MBA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures for MBA students as per the curriculum and academic calendar
• Prepare and update lesson plans, study materials, and course content
• Evaluate students’ performance through assignments, projects, and examinations
• Mentor and guide students on academic and career development
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and guest lectures
• Conduct research and contribute to publications and academic development
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and accreditation requirements

Eligibility

• MBA / Ph.D. in Management or relevant specialization
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Teaching experience in MBA or PG-level programs preferred

Salary

• As per market standards and based on qualifications & experience

Faculty – B.Com

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate B.Com students as per the academic syllabus
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and study material
• Assess students’ academic progress and maintain records
• Guide students in projects, presentations, and assignments
• Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
• Support departmental academic events and college committees
• Stay updated with current trends in commerce and related subjects

Eligibility

• M.Com / Ph.D. in Commerce or relevant specialization
• Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
• Prior teaching experience in undergraduate programs preferred
