Job Title: Digital Marketing Faculty / Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Faculty to train students in practical and industry-oriented digital marketing skills. The faculty will be responsible for delivering quality training, guiding live projects, and helping students become job-ready.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Digital Marketing
• Teach core modules including:
• SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Google Ads & Social Media Ads
• Content Marketing & Email Marketing
• Website basics (WordPress)
• Google Analytics & Search Console
• Conduct hands-on sessions, assignments, and live projects
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, and study materials
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Guide students for certifications and placements
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Maintain discipline and professionalism in the classroom

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or training
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, PPC, and Analytics
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain concepts in simple and practical language
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in training or teaching students
• Knowledge of real-time tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Canva, or video marketing

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week

Work Location: In person
