The role involves conducting classroom teaching sessions for students. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating students, including examination work as per university guidelines. Additionally, you will actively participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities to enhance student development. Providing guidance, counseling, and overall character development support to students will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It is crucial to stay updated with new knowledge and skills, contribute to generating new knowledge, and disseminate it through various mediums such as books and publications. Engaging in research and development activities, as well as providing research guidance, are essential components of the role. Collaborating with the Dean, Head of Department, Professor, or Associate Professor to effectively implement academic and administrative plans is a core responsibility. This includes managing academic and administrative tasks within the department, developing manuals, and supporting in policy planning, monitoring, evaluation, and promotional activities at both departmental and institutional levels. Administrative duties at both departmental and institutional levels, including overseeing the development, administration, and management of institutional facilities, are part of the role. Monitoring and evaluating academic and research activities to ensure quality standards are maintained is also required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, requiring your presence at the designated workplace for effective job performance.,
