The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background in Business Administration or Commerce. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for enhancing the skill of understanding the various functions of managing a Business situation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and teach courses in management
Prepare course materials such as syllabus, assignments, and handouts.
Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
Advise and mentor students on academic and career goals.
Conduct high-quality research in the field of management
Participate in curriculum development and program reviews.
