Faculty Learning & Development (Aptitude)

You will be responsible for the following functions: - Handling Classes on Mathematics for Aptitude Test, which includes Problem Solving, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Puzzles, and Other Non-Verbal Reasoning. - Preparing a well-structured syllabus in consultation with Chief Manager Learning & Development (Aptitude) and sending it to all students through AUMS (the university LMS) in advance. - Sending all class notes to students one week in advance through AUMS. - Preparing question papers of CAT, GMAT, GRE, and MAT standards and obtaining feedback from students who have cleared written tests in different placement examinations. - Monitoring students" progress in their preparation inside the classroom by conducting a 15-minute test in all classes and recording their marks. - Providing students with their performance graph to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses in various topics. - Conducting Quiz and Puzzles programs to engage students. - Motivating students to improve their subject knowledge in Aptitude. - Collecting feedback from students on teaching methods and self-improvement. - Conducting mock examinations and providing immediate feedback on students" performance. - Analyzing question papers immediately after examinations. - Providing aptitude question pools for various entrance examinations conducted by Amrita University. - Offering focused training to students who are unable to clear the first round of tests in the recruitment process of companies. - Staying updated with different university-related accreditation requirements related to learning and development activities under the CIR. Qualifications required: - Engineering graduates with PG in Management or Engineering Post graduates or Post graduates in Mathematics.,
