Faculty – General Studies (CGPSC)

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Educator / Faculty (General Studies) to join our team for CGPSC (Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission) exam preparation programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, expertise in General Studies subjects, and the ability to engage and inspire students preparing for competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in General Studies subjects relevant to CGPSC syllabus (History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Science & Tech, Current Affairs, etc.).
• Design and deliver lectures, study materials, test series, and practice sessions aligned with CGPSC standards.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized guidance to students.
• Develop and update question banks, mock tests, and model answers.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with CGPSC exam pattern, syllabus changes, and current affairs.
• Contribute to content creation for online/offline platforms (videos, notes, articles, quizzes).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant discipline (preferably in Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fields).
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience for UPSC/State PSC exams preferred.
• Strong command over General Studies subjects and current affairs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create structured, exam-oriented content.
• Familiarity with CGPSC exam trends is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
