Faculty for SAP FICO Offline

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP FICO Faculty to train students and professionals in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex SAP concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP FICO modules (FI & CO).
• Design and develop training content, study material, and assignments.
• Provide hands-on practical training using live SAP environments.
• Guide students in project work, case studies, and certification preparation.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and financial process trends.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure effective course delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, etc.)
• Experience in SAP implementation/support projects preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle both beginner and advanced learners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (MBA/CA/ICWA preferred).
• SAP FICO Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of industry or teaching experience in SAP FICO.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
