Job Description

Sr. Faculty for Physics/ Chemistry /Mathematics for IIT-JEE examinations Teachers with effective skills listed below are solicited to apply. Ability to implement creative and inspiring methodologies of pedagogy, both in online and offline mode Ability to create challenging and interesting study material Ability to trigger and encourage logical and original thinking by students The job profile, customized for individual expertise, may include the following: 1. Engaging classroom lectures and/or creating quality video-lectures for JEE Main/Advanced and other competitive entrance examination, on std. XI and XII syllabus 2. Conducting doubts solving activity 3. Moderation of students submissions, monitoring of students performance and one to one guidance to students 4. Preparation/up gradation of study material, test papers and assignments of the subject 5. Supervising academic planning and execution in Learning Management System (LMS) 6. Participating in meetings for academic planning & development Desired Candidate Preferably graduates from IITs, BITS or premiere institutions at national level and/or having profound JEE-coaching experience in top-ranking institutions 2. Subject-expert with strong explanatory ability to teach the fundamentals as well as intricacies of the subject 3. Result-oriented, passionate and devoted towards teaching 4. Sensitive towards holistic development of students and willing to contribute 5. Looking for long-term association with the Institute
