Parent and Guardian Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, sharing regular updates on their child's progress, behavior, and milestones. Conduct parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss individual child's development and address any concerns or questions. Classroom Documentation and Assessment: Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and developmental milestones. Use a variety of assessment tools and techniques to monitor and evaluate children's growth and development. Prepare progress reports and share them with parents or guardians on a regular basis. Health, Safety, and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of children by implementing appropriate health and safety protocols. Administer basic first aid if necessary, and promptly address any health concerns or emergencies. Promote healthy habits, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and physical activity. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A recognised teaching certification is preferred. Proven experience working with young children in a preschool setting. Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with children and their families. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to plan and organise educational activities
