Faculty in Culinary Arts


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and demonstrations in culinary arts at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
  • Develop, revise, and enrich curriculum content in line with industry standards and academic best practices.
  • Supervise student internships, live kitchen training, and culinary research projects.
  • Actively participate in departmental activities including admissions, academic planning, and institutional events.
  • Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and participation in conferences or seminars.


Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized university.
  • Candidates with a Ph.D. degree will be given more preference.


Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and in accordance with institutional norms.
