You will be responsible for supervising factors at our Jewelry manufacturing company in Kozhikode at Palayam. As a Factor Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow in the manufacturing process - Supervising and guiding the factor staff to maintain high productivity levels - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the production team - Implementing quality control measures to ensure the final products meet the standards To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a B.Com degree - Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as food provided.
