This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Supervisor for our Client located in Chromepet Chennai.

The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily production planning, quality control, and overall production management. Responsibilities include supervising manufacturing operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.Should be

proficient in Hindi

as majority of the Factory workers speak Hindi

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of Experience
in Production Planning and Management
Knowledge of Hindi is essential.
Proficient in Quality Control methods and practices
Skilled in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
