Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production lines, supervising workers, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and safety within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging.
• Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets within specified timelines.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Allocate tasks and workflow according to production plans and priorities.
• Conduct daily briefings with production staff to review goals and address challenges.
• Train new workers on factory processes, machinery usage, and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages to the relevant department.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to minimize defects and reworks.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, worker attendance, and incidents.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce health and safety procedures on the production floor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a supervisor or team leader in a garment manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, WRAP, BSCI) is a plus.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or a degree in textiles, apparel production, or industrial engineering preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Factory environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and standing for long periods.
• May require shift work or overtime depending on production needs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
