Factory Supervisor and Administrator

Currently hiring professionals with an experience in handling and supervising day-to day tasks on the production floor of a garment manufacturing factory. The individual should have the following in place.

1. Should reside in Kolkata.

2. A problem-solver with a proactive approach to solving issues at hand and a knack for getting things done timely.

3. have a prior professional experience of handling the cutting, making, ironing and packing dept. in the factory.

overall the individual should be adept in working in a dynamic environment and would be expected to get things done on an ad-hoc basis. The candidate should have supervisory skills and can manage talking to factory workers and report the status quo to the managers. The only skill needed here is efficiency in running Excel and handling the workers in the factory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
