As a Factory Store Keeper/Admin at Stainless Bolt Industries Pvt Ltd, located in Sanand, Gujarat, your role is vital in managing daily inventory operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Accurately entering purchase invoices and bills into accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, etc.). - Maintaining proper records of vendor bills, purchase orders, and receipts. - Overseeing and assisting in packing fasteners. - Ensuring proper labeling, counting, and safe packaging of items for dispatch or storage. - Guiding housekeeping and factory staff to maintain cleanliness and order. - Monitoring daily cleanliness and organization in the workplace. - Assisting in the procurement and arrangement of miscellaneous expense items (e.g., stationery, cleaning supplies, tools). Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate in Commerce (B.Com). - Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase entry and basic inventory/packing work. - Working knowledge of MS Excel. - Skills in packing and unloading. - Experience in inventory control and management. - Proficiency in forklift operation. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team.
