HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive Manufacturing & Engineering Hiring Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and high-performing HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across all verticals including manufacturing, engineering, sales, logistics, and support functions . Why Join Us Work directly with leadership on strategic hiring needs Be part of a global growth story with impact across 15+ countries Be empowered to build systems , not just follow processes Join a company that values ownership, growth, and innovation Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding Develop and execute sourcing strategies to fill open roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna Jobs, WorkIndia, Indeed, Shine, Placement from colleges and employee referrals Coordinate with department heads to create position-specific job descriptions Conduct telephonic/Zoom/face-to-face screenings and ensure quality shortlisting Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate database (Excel/ATS) Hire across blue-collar (factory workers, operators, logistics) and white-collar roles (sales, engineering, admin) Improve hiring turnaround time (TAT) and streamline interview coordination Support HR team in onboarding and documentation Candidate Profile: 3 to 6 years of experience as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Executive Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial product companies is preferred Strong knowledge of bulk hiring, shopfloor hiring, campus hiring, and sales hiring Hands-on with job portals, sourcing tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Excellent communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment CRMs or ATS Strong ability to multitask, prioritize , and own outcomes independently Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology / Industrial Relations MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus
