Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing entire factory operations including production, operations and SCM activities Production and material planning for the factory/subcontractor units Achieve productivity target for the factory by meeting quality standards Inventory control & management Responsible for entire Supply chain activities including sales order to desptaching finished products to respective distributors as per the sale order Ensure timely delivery of materials Staff Management New Product development General administration of the factory & legal compliance. Responsible for overseeing all stages of the manufacturing process. Planning and monitoring production schedules and altering them when necessary. Working closely with maintenance technicians to overcome production holds ups, such as machine faults. Work closely with sales team , understand market requirement and plan production strategy for the units Working with in-house design and sales teams, buyers and quality control departments.
