Factory Maintenance Engineer

The role of a Maintenance Engineer involves maintaining and repairing factory equipment, developing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment safety and operational efficiency, and adhering to safety regulations. You will be responsible for planning and executing scheduled maintenance, responding to emergencies, diagnosing faults, and testing and repairing equipment. Additionally, you will supervise contractors, engineering, and technical staff, order specialist components, create maintenance procedures, manage stocks, and maintain records of faults and repairs. Key skills required for this role include the ability to work well under pressure, effective verbal and written communication, strong technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent teamworking skills. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position located in Avadi, Chennai. This is a full-time job with day shift schedule and benefits such as food provision and Provident Fund.
