FACTORY HELPER

Job Title: HelperJob Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in daily operations and support tasks across various departments. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions efficiently. This role involves manual labor, equipment handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers or team leads with routine tasks.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Perform basic maintenance or cleaning duties as instructed.
• Operate simple tools or machinery under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents.
• Support other departments with errands, deliveries, or setup tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and work efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
