Job Title: CNC Bending Machine OperatorDepartment: Production / FabricationReports To: Production Supervisor / Plant ManagerJob Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Bending Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, or form sheet metal and other materials according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC bending machines, a good understanding of technical drawings, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC bending (press brake) machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and fixtures as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Ensure work is done in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Document production logs, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience operating CNC press brake or bending machines.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and measurements.
• Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Basic computer knowledge for machine operation and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move metal parts throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and PPE usage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Amada, Trumpf, or similar CNC bending equipment.
• Ability to program CNC bending machines (not just operate).
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,033.26 per month
