Factory Certified Auditor (FCA)

Purpose of the Role

To ensure factory quality compliance through effective auditing, AQL inspection, and adherence to MAS and customer quality standards, with specific focus on lingerie products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Factory Certified Audits (FCA) as per MAS and customer requirements
• Perform AQL inspections and in-line quality audits
• Ensure compliance to factory quality standards, SOPs, and audit protocols
• Identify quality gaps and support corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to close audit findings
• Support audits even beyond shift hours, when required

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, documentation)

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience as a Factory Certified Auditor / AQL Auditor
• Mandatory experience in lingerie products
• Hands-on exposure to factory audits and quality compliance

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of AQL standards and audit processes
• Knowledge of factory quality systems and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Other Requirements

• Male / Female candidates can be considered
• Candidates should be residing closer to Maraimalai Nagar, due to possible support required after shift hours
• Immediate joiners preferred
