Job Position: Facility Executive

Responsibilities

• End-to-end facility operations management
• Vendor management: electrical, networking, housekeeping, security, HVAC, repairs
• Oversee facility maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules
• Handle electrical systems, basic networking, routers, switches, internet uptime
• Supervise and manage on-site staff (housekeeping, security, support)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the coworking space
• Coordinate with management on issues, improvements, and escalations

Requirements

• Strong electrical and networking knowledge
• Prior experience in facility / operations management
• Proven ability in vendor and staff management
• Comfortable working independently and solving issues on the ground
• Willing to be physically present on-site

Good to Have

• Experience in coworking spaces, commercial buildings, IT parks, or managed offices
• Basic understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Facility management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
