Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility operations across multiple residential/commercial projects from handover to society formation and federation.
• Oversee and manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.
• Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all building systems (HVAC, STP, WTP, DG sets, lifts, fire safety, electrical).
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements across all facilities.
• Handle tenant/resident grievance redressal and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and control facility budgets, monitor operational costs, and drive cost optimization initiatives. • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors; manage procurement and SLAs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure upkeep, safety, and service quality.
• Develop and implement SOPs, energy-saving programs, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage large cross-functional facility teams and ensure continuous training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Provide periodic reports and dashboards on facility performance to senior management.
• Support refurbishment, renovation, and fit-out projects with minimal operational disruption.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

• Diploma in Business Management (preferred).

• 6-10 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or building operations in real estate/hospitality/FM sectors.

• Strong expertise in MEP operations, vendor management, budgeting, statutory compliance, and team leadership
