Facility Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of soft services like cleaning, security, landscaping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Perform regular facility inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Track and evaluate SLAs and KPIs for soft service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of consumables and safety supplies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support budgeting and control costs for soft services.
• Maintain records of service reports, contracts, and inspections.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities related to soft services

Technical is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical infrastructure and building systems within the facility. This includes the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other mechanical and electromechanical installations. The role ensures all technical systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
