Facility Executive

As a Facility Manager Associate at our company in Raipur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the overall functioning of our factory, production areas, cleaning operations, construction projects on campus, and material inventory. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will support the Facility Manager in ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is a combination of administrative, operational, and hands-on duties to ensure optimal facility management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Facility Maintenance & Management:** - Assist in overseeing daily operations of the factory, production areas, and other facilities. - Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery to minimize downtime. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. - Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly, liaising with contractors and internal teams as necessary. - **Production & Equipment Support:** - Ensure production areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. - Assist in the installation and setup of new production equipment. - Collaborate with production teams to maintain operational efficiency and resolve facility-related issues. - **Cleaning & Hygiene Oversight:** - Supervise cleaning staff to ensure all areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized. - Monitor compliance with hygiene standards, especially in sensitive areas. - Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. - **Health & Safety Compliance:** - Assist in safety audits and inspections. - Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations. - Report safety hazards and take immediate action to rectify them. - **Vendor & Contractor Coordination:** - Liaise with external vendors for facility-related services. - Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLAs are met. - **Budget & Cost Management:** - Assist in managing the operational budget with a focus on cost-saving initiatives. - Track facility-related expenditures and report any discrepancies. - **Project Coordination & Construction Oversight:** - Oversee ongoing construction projects on campus. - Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. - Monitor construction progress and address any issues. - **Material Inventory & Stock Management:** - Oversee inventory of materials and supplies. - Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system. - Coordinate with procurement teams for ordering materials. - **Sustainability & Environmental Management:** - Implement sustainability practices in waste management and resource usage. - Promote environmentally friendly practices. - **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and safety inspections. - Prepare periodic reports for senior management. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** - Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Relevant certifications are a plus. - **Experience:** - 1-3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role. - Hands-on experience with maintenance, cleaning, or construction oversight. - **Skills:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of facility systems, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management software. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various environments. **Preferred Attributes:** - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with sustainability practices and inventory management systems.
