Job Description

As a Facility Coordinator Tech, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects within the facility. Your responsibilities include supporting the Chief Engineer / Dy. Chief Engineer in overseeing the maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing installations, preparing critical spares list, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and reviewing maintenance practices of M&E Contractors. You will be in charge of maintaining logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations, managing downtime/breakdowns, ensuring contractors adhere to house rules, handling engineering-related matters independently during shifts, and providing daily reports to the Chief Engineer. Additionally, you will generate service maintenance reports, oversee inventory and purchasing of spares and consumables, and create downtime and breakdown incident reports. Your performance objectives will focus on achieving excellence in preventive maintenance programs, managing M&E scope of projects, providing comprehensive facility management, and contributing to financial targets. You will be expected to achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets. Key skills required for this role include good communication and proficiency in MS Excel. As an ideal candidate, you should hold DEE / BE Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering and have 4-5 years of experience in facility management. You must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team, initiate improvement initiatives, possess strong people skills, and comply with Occupational Safety requirements.,
