Job Description

Prime responsibility to ensure the technical service providing at your respective facility in lined with the agreed contract
Responsible to Lead technical services at your respective facilities from technical service point of view.
Mange approved energy projects ensuring all projects are completed consistence with the agreed scope of work of your respective facility.
Implement operational programs / load shedding programs which limit energy consumption during non-business hours of your respective facility.
Frequent report submission on Sustainability, like Energy, water & waste management of your respective facility.
Suggestion submits to client for Drive automation projects for betterment of M&E service and central / remote monitoring of critical equipment
Quarterly review with client on technical reports
Ensure preventive maintenance, mechanical & engineering support as per scope of work and submit monthly report.
Ensure Zero downtime / smooth operation of all Electro-mechanical equipment of your respective facility and submit monthly report
Ensure all safety procedures to be followed while performing any activity at site.
Ensure discipline and well-groomed staffs all the time
Ensure energy uses are monitoring during non-operational hours (like, night hours, weekends & holidays) as part of the energy conservation program and submit monthly report.
Submit monthly sustainability & innovation report of your respective facility
Supervises and Co-ordinates for on the Job training for all technical service team as per training needs by concern M&E vendor and OEM vendors
Ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements
Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of Plumbing & carpentry services of your respective facility and bringing any deficiencies OR breakages of the system.
Ensures safety practices are followed in all activities, use PPE and safety signages
Number of critical PM activities scheduled & completed as per 52 weekend PPM calendar
Status of Critical equipment
Ensure Fire / Life safety equipment maintained properly at your respective facility in line with FM contract
Interacting with Building management team regular basis and get done resolution of Issue related to building operation.
