Facility Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Facility Executive to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management and will ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage routine maintenance and repairs of the office building and related infrastructure. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely delivery of services like cleaning, security, HVAC maintenance, and landscaping. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage office space allocation and seating arrangements. Maintain records related to facility operations, expenses, and maintenance schedules. Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenditures. Support the planning and execution of office moves, refurbishments, and upgrades. Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve facility-related problems. Ensure inventory management of office supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management or related roles. Good knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is a plus. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
