Role & responsibilities

Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee installation and maintenance of product showcases across the facility.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to deliver installations on time and to specification.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Provide technical expertise in mechanical and electrical setups within the lab.
Create, review, and adapt CAD drawings for installation layouts and technical schematics.
Support prototype building, lab experiments, and other technical projects.
Maintain accurate records of installations, drawings, and vendor documentation.
Monitor resource use, budgets, and timelines for assigned projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent).
3–5 years of experience in facility engineering, exhibition installation, or technical project management.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
Demonstrated project coordination and supplier management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
